Finally unlocked the lime green colour in GTA online by doing 25 of the 50 possible stunt jumps.
It's a great colour for pearlescent paint finishes.

We found that on holiday last year. Never touched the sides. Laughing I regularly freeze home made chicken stock to make
doggie lollies for mine. She loves them. I just boil the carcass whenever we have a chicken for dinner, strain, then pick the
meaty bits out, throw them back in then freeze in a tupperware dish. Thumbs Up

I had the most fantastic day at work Cool

Started with a collection a couple of miles from my house, picked up a
couple more on the way up. After that little run I started picking up my
second run, last collection just of the Tottenham Ct Rd. From there to
Chiswick, Twickenham, Ashford, lightwater, Farnham and ending up in
Guildford.

Just so nice to get work out of London, the weather was fantastic Cool

I only understood half of that. I just do smuggling runs, and check my Nat type to get on my own, or some Mc missions. Sometimes i race, or do some double $missions.

My dad is holidaying again on yet another cruise, and he just sent me this photo, along with a message, "at the TT anything you want me to get?" Shocked

I guess he means tshirt or other memento, rather than a bike. Laughing

Following on from my recent posts in the 'grinds your gears' thread:

Last day of my job yesterday. I have no job to go to. I have some savings to tide me over for a few months....

And it definitely oils my gears. It really really really oils my gears.

I'm a very happy bunny today. Smile

havent really ridden a motorbike for a while, apart from a quick trip to drop some documents off on the suzuki last week

no time to go green laning, but jumped on the beta and rode it around town for half hour, it was fun, even if I didn't unleash my inner hooligan

I always get quite a buzz and relish that feeling of "I'm unemployed" ... for about two weeks, until reality kicks in Laughing

Today my gears have been oiled by:

1. Third job of the day had 100 minutes waiting time - in the sunshine at Inner Temple Church. A pleasant interlude.

2. Several bookings later on, I went into ITSU for the first time ever. And bought chicken and spring onion dumplings, om nom nom.

I always avoided those sushi kinda places cos I imagined it was going to be all raw-fish-and-rice-with-vinegar which totally doesnt appearl to me - and I always worried I'd not like anything they had to offer.

But I was desperate NOT to have McDonalds and thought I saw a banner in ITSU's window for Green Thai Curry, which I LOVE.

It turned out not to be, but the dumplings definitely solved my oriental food hankering. For now... Shifty

So I might go in one of them sort of places again soon, see what else they have in there. I doubt I will get used to sushi any time soon, but if they have other offerings, then I can get my laughing gear round that.

I'd be strangely terrified but fair thee play.
In your line of work I suppose I'd be a little more confident but after 30 years in the same job, I've been institutionalised.

Because I'm not frightened of video game sea swimming. Embarassed I've travelled to some of the most exclusive destinations
in the world. Haven't so much as paddled. FUCK that for a laugh. Simply put, I don't float. Even with a deep breath held in.
I just sink like a stone. It takes a lot of physical effort for me to stay on the surface when I'm out of my depth in a pool.
Mrs grr swims brilliantly and has her padi certification, earned in a freezing cold welsh quarry. She also has the drysuit
qualification. I just wait on the boat/shore. Laughing

So it's not just your "balaclava and rubberware" fetish, then?

I wasn't thrilled about PADI training at the bottom of a swimming pool, when I did it (back when I was about 20 years old Laughing ) ... I never did get round to finishing that, cos fuck putting all that stuff on, lead belts, regulators, faff faff faff, worse than putting on motorcycling gear.
