That's what I don't get, someone runs forward a few yards, gets body slammed to the ground then they all celebrate before having another 10 minute break.

Being able to walk without having to hold onto walls.

In fact, I managed to walk as far as the shop to get some apple juice which (apart from water, to try and keep hydrated) is all I have been interested in consuming for the last 48 hours.

Imagine going back over a 100 years, getting some people playing Rugby league, and then deciding that the knock on rule was stupid, and why can't you pass the ball forward anyway?

Then, every time the ball is dead or out of play there is a scrum, but instead of a scrum why doesn't everyone get involved and twat each other.

Then it evolved, so that they had four attempts to move the ball 10 yards, and someone invented telly, and that fit in very nicely cos they could but ad breaks all the time.

Sort of. Good thing about British telly is that they don't have all the ad breaks, and go back to the studio where the pundits will talk about what is going on.

In the 80s Channel 4 really pushed American Football and it was super popular at my school, live match mid week at stupid o clock, highlights mid week, and another show on a Sunday tea time. They explained all the rules with care.

Then C4 pissed all the money away on football Italia Crying or Very sad and for years American football was in the doldrums and it was hard to follow.

Well, the Taffys beat the Froggies today by putting something in their half time oranges to make them play crap. After giving my sheep shagger mate grief for the whole of the first half I had to eat humble pie in the second. Crying or Very sad

Tomorrow England play the Paddys.

The womens six nations is good for a bit of legal female violence. Wub

Rugby in a nutshell.

It is like football, except that the players pretend that they are not hurt, rather than act like they are and they don't argue with the ref. Therefore it is a better sport.

I bought 1kg of bubblegum flavoured sour cola bottles from Amazon. Its going to take me months to get through the whole box but I love sour sweets and had a real urge to eat some, local pick 'n mix place hasn't had any in ages. Problem solved!

3/4 size nylon-strung guitar bought for my niece, but I might have to buy another one for me, it's a lovely thing. Easy to play, well made and sounds sweet. 'Countryman C34' made in China and bought from a cool little shop in Hertford called The Guitar Studio.

Shocked

Most of the time neither do I but it's terribly scenic.
Weirdly though, I do get excited when listening to it on the radio.

Its in me blood.

Doesn't matter. Only thing people care about these days is the half time show.
Apparently hugely controversial this year cos nipples innit, and a vindication for #takeaknee by stopping loads of people going.

I have no interest but I thought this year they had a couple of gay black cheerleaders so all was forgiven?

What oiled my gears happened yesterday.
I made a woman cry. Long story short she really messed both my Dad and myself over just before Xmas. She caused untold damage.
Yesterday I got revenge - she literally begged for help and a way through something but I refused. I walked away with her crying out of frustration and fear.

I guess the old adage has come home to roost for her : “you reap what you sow”

She’s now become a lesbian .

Today my 7 mile walk turned into half walk, half run. I did reduce the overall distance by about 1 mile, but I'm pretty pleased with that. This is me trying to up my fitness training game a bit, as what I'm doing indoors I felt is not doing enough for cardio work. Today gave heart and lungs a proper workout. I haven't run properly in probably over 30 years Laughing
