I joined waaaaaay back yeah, but hardly posted at all then didn't have a bike for ages.

A couple of years ago I thought I'd check it again and found this truly awesome thread about a certain product that no longer exists (the thread that is). God knows if the product exists. Anyway, I got reeled in by BCF.

Excellent.
They only do it because they can sell body parts to stupid people. Sounds like Tarzan ordered the animals to attack!
Disappointed that the images show big animals and not the poachers remains..

My recently ordered new jacket arrived today, it's nicer than I expected it to be, and fits great with a bit of relax in it.
I'm at the lower end of my weight range at the moment and it will accommodate me at the larger end too, side
panels are stretch textile. It has no neck at all so is very comfortable turning head from side to side.

Details I noticed today once I had it in front of me. I love the brass knuckles pattern embossed on the black
satin lining and the very well hidden stash pocket with a label on it that reads "Stay Frosty".Wink I also love the bright blue
thermal liner. Plus 5 pieces of D30. Shoulders, back panel and elbows, It's nice to see a jacket where they have
gone out of their way to add useful features without sacrificing aesthetics. Thumbs Up This ones a keeper.

Went out for a pint with eldest son last night to watch the football. Couldn't find a pub with Sky so played pool instead. Beat him convincingly to demonstrate that he old man still has it. Had a couple too many beers and a play-scrap on the way back - boxing is a family thing. He hit me and knocked me clean out!!!

Don't know whether to feel family pride or just plain silly at my age....

Oh, my chin is really sore today...

Thinking I need a new shed. I ain't paying that much for one.

Wonder if I can get the Esteemed Daughter to empty out the old one while she's here Thinking

Thing is ... when she was last here, she was terrified of spiders, even more than me, wouldn't even go out in the back garden. And of course the shed is chocka block with spiders who have been taking advantage of me not wanting to spend time out there since Bruno died.

But now she's lived in Australia for nearly 5 years she's seen more spiders than she has living here, she might not be so frit of going out there and empty her crap out of my shed.

Thinking Thinking

I bought some sticks of incense on the weekend.
Because Greyhound Farts.

So I had a bit of a row with the man in the pound shop, cos the label on the shelf said 2 for a pound. So I picked out several different flavours, vanilla, amber, sandalwood and patchouli, with two different varieties (three in those tinfoil wrappers, and one in one of them hexagonal box types). Four bundles, two quid, thinks I.

No. Four pounds sez him at the till.

Fucking wanker insisted that it was only 2 for a pound if you bought the hexagonal ones only.

I was so angry and stomped off in a huff muttering something about the Trading Standards Officer, that it wasn't until I got two miles away that I realised I could have had another of the hexagonal packs for the same price Mad

Err no thanks, I prefer a wooden shed and I'm buying from my local garden center, I know it's a lot of money but the previous shed lasted over 40 years. I've also been advised against a metal shed, in fact I posed the question about sheds last year on this very forum.
