Yup.. my bad. I often get the wrong end of the stick(er).

Well in that case looks like Ste is responsible for these missing jacks.
Hate to think whats going on down the 10-pin bowling alley.

That sign and the "ofsted says this is an outstanding school" sign have both been taken down.

Stickers will be reapplied when they put the signs back up. Thumbs Up

Glad it helped you. I tried it and it did naff all for me, went back to nicotine Smile

What oiled my gears today...

"Dear sir, you seemed to have paid too much tax last year, we're sending you a refund..."

Funny, there seems to be no way to reply and say "I'm sure the government can make better use of this money than me" so I guess I'll just have to take the money Rolling Eyes

I had an oily weekend of camping and shooting.
I was on the outskirts of Hinkley and I had planned to pop into the visitor's centre but I was too knackered so didn't bother.
Another time perhaps.

My dog actually let* us cut his nails.
Well, he didn't kick up too much fuss anyway. The Mrs held him and the muzzle was on but there was very little whining, scratching or wriggling.
The whole process was a lot easier than previous episodes so I'm counting it as a win.

Today, my boss told me I did a great job in the past few months. That I did much better than the last year this time of year. Well, I don't know about that, but well, why not. Razz

Do you brush his teeth? My Grace is cool with toothytimeâ„¢ (dat liver flavoured toothpaste tho Sick ) and she has
her nails trimmed once a fortnight as a little and often is a wise tactic with black clawed dogs. Plus mine does most of
her exercise on relatively soft terrain, although that said it's usually only the front's that need doing. I guess she's RWD. Wink

Only a very minor thing, but struggled to decide whether to have flapjack or coconut slice this lunchtime. Chose flapjack, bit into it and to my pleasant surprise it had bits of coconut stuck to the bottom. A real 1st world win-win...

A visit to the bun shop always throws up a dilemma for me. Sometimes many - should it be flapjack or coconut slice, bakewell or currant slice, jam pastie or apple pie? What is a boy to do?

Gorilla glue.

Oxford heated grips started to melt the glue on the grip again causing slippage so tried gorilla glue this time and the thing was set and I was back on the road after maybe an hour -- if that (usually you'd have to leave the grip overnight with weaker glue's).

Shot out the end like expanding foam when hardened so cut that out but recommend it if doing the above.

Driving dahhhhn to London tomorrow. More specifically Grays to see a mate that's just had a long stay in Hospital.
I have for him a dozen mixed bottles of quality cider and for his wife a bottle of Chivas Regal. Looking forward to seeing
him, I have the new car for the day as well so will be travelling in air con comfort for a change. Did consider riding down
but don't want the hassle of trying to transport 13 bottles of booze on a bike.

My gears have been oiled and ground by sparrows, which are nesting in the outlet pipe from the cooker hood. I can hear "Cheep, cheep! Cheep! Cheep!" from the back kitchen door, as well as from the cooker.

Better not use the extractor fan 'till they've fledged, then put a grille over the pipe, quick.
