Yes, indeedy, I regretted it at precisely the moment I was lying on my bed at around 9.45pm, idly viewing porn on Tumblr and winding up my fiendish chum, when the phone rang and it was the lady whose dissertation I was close to finishing.

But who only emailed me her final draft at 7.0 pm this evening.
So she STILL needs to hand it in tomorrow morning at 8am.

Up gets me, swigs on the Red Bull & snorts a Solero to clear me head, and luckily it wasn't quite as difficult as I expected it to be.

I'm feeling rather pleased with the way it turned out. I even managed to manipulate the section-break command to put in a 28-page table in landscape Shocked right in the middle of the document.

Cool I fuckin rule Cool

Sadly, my gears were ground well and truly by the starter motor failing. FFS!

You have my sympathy. They're doddle to fix, usually a new set of brushes will do the job and they're available from Wemoto (and all the other usual sources). However, to get the starter off, you're going to have to remove the side cover and for that, you'll need to buy or make a puller - oh and you'll need some 3 bond for reassembly...

Bugger of a job.

I've got a puller (homemade, not perfect but adequate from a previous job). However the 2nd hand starter I bought has turned up and seems to in worse state than my current one - not only does it not work but it's grinding and seems to be a straight short too to add insult to injury!). Fortunately I'm not desperate to get it back on the road at present!

When I was about 6 or 7 there was always a kid in my class who smeared poo on the walls of the toilets in the playground.

It used to be a constant source of wonder to me how that child could actually gouge about in a turd and then go and eat his/her lunch later on.

Clearly Milfhunter is that child, in the next generation.

Meantime, I have invented a new cocktail.

The "hellkat" - a delicious (I assure you) combination of peach juice, Hendricks gin and Pellegrino limonata over ice, with a selection of citrus previously soaked in brandy.

All over the bed, myself, my clean t-shirt, my jandals, even some on the frickin' cat.

My sister bought me a hot tub about 3 years ago.

This weekend I finally got it setup and yesterday spent a relaxing hour in it.

I washed a duvet yesterday. It was too big to go in the washing machine, so I part filled the bath with water, sloshed some bleach into it, and dumped the duvet in, letting it slowly submerge, so the air could get out. Turned it before last thing, let it soak overnight, drained and rinsed it this morning, squeezed some of the water out of it. It would *just* go in the washing machine to spin. It's been on the line today, and it's a lot cleaner! Been used for camping, so still got some marks, but it's good!
