Yay, cool. Indeed I shall. Cool

Top or bottom end of Wiltshire? ... cos I lately have been spending more time at the bottom end (Amesbury/Wilton) than the top.

I am planning on heading towards Shaftesbury today, very excited, to do my best not to hug Ralphie and his adorable mum.
But thats a more Dorsetly direction.

Van passed MOT yesterday after first having its wheels aligned elsewhere and a couple of new tyres bought a few weeks
ago fitted at the test centre. Insured it yesterday as well. That's that sorted for the year. Now for a haircut....

You’ve got two hopes of getting a haircut this morning.
No hope and Bob Hope!
I went to Bury-St-Edmund’s this morning and every barber shop had a silly long queue .

Saw some impressive and rare 70s and 80s bikes when out and about today, including an original-looking 1970s Z400.

Meanwhile our Longbowmen were giving the French a good thrashing at Agincourt.

WE should get a day off for that. The French have enough, e.g. Return of de-Gaulle to Paris in triumph as if he had won the war single handed day

Went to two pub openings today. Shame I couldn't drink but it was nice to have a ride about on the bike and catch up with people I hadn't seen for months Smile

Both were soft openings* so not too bad. Enough to see that the whole idea of social distancing + pub is not going to work Sad Expect to see a massive spike in Covid cases in 2 weeks time.

*We found 135 clips, etc.

I recently bought some road tyres for my ''vintage'' mountain bike. I just got back from a 30km trip around (90% paved roads, 10% light gravel) and I feel so fresh, it felt like I only did half of that! All those years fecking around on knobly tyres, what a waste of my human energy. Doh!

By the way, the new road tyres are crap offroad, especially the front wheel. Rolling Eyes Just as predicted. Thinking

*I didn't find any wet grass to fall on, Ste.

I booked a short 4 night break to the seaside before the coronavirus outbreak kicked off.
The place opens up again on the day we are due to arrive, tomorrow.

Sniff crotch of jeans.
Pleasingly UNfishy, usual charming hellkattish flavouring.
