Severn Trent repair bloke. Last 2 days there's been some repairs on my way to work. Diversions are 2 miles extra almost on account of being in a village in the middle of nowhere....last 2 days I've moved the barrier so I can get through on bike. Today the bloke moved the barrier for me Thumbs Up

Eldest son came round and told me to close my eyes and hold out my hands. I opened them to find myself holding a teddy bear wearing a t-shirt saying 'Baby (surname) coming soon.' Very Happy
Due December 21st. Very Happy

Daughter in law rides a CBR. I reckon the tank will be in her way soon. And can you get maternity leathers? Thinking

We were told about our second grandchild when the parents brought the first one round wearing a t-shirt with 'I'm gonna be a big sister' on it.

Is it your first?

I had a passenger announce it to her friends in my car tonight Shocked ... whilst on their way to a restaurant.

They knew something must be up, cos she reckoned she wasn't going to be drinking Laughing

She said she has been faking getting drunk for weeks now, so as not to give the game away Laughing I literally couldn't believe my ears Laughing

But anyway, even I was excited for her.

You do hear some right old tripe in the back of the car some days Rolling Eyes

A huge feast of KFC for me and the Mrs after a late dog walk with a pub stop at midway. We have a pub that does 3
varieties of Thatchers cider slush. Anyway I got 8 pieces of chicken (got 3 breasts in that Thumbs Up ) and 4 boneless strips.
No fries no sides, just meat. We had to shut the dog out of the kitchen while we ate it, cos she was basically being
a bit of dick. I'm expecting a dense and very smelly turd in the morning, and I don't mean the dog.

I recently discovered KFC do some kind of mad white-chocolate slush drink. It's ridiculously delicious. But they give you some big-ass straw to drink it with, cos the white chocolate chips are ginormous and won't fit up a normal straw.

I'm having a bit of a passion about Morleys sticky bbq chicken wings at the moment. I keep count of how many I drive by without stopping, in order to be able to congratulate myself for not having done so, by the end of the day.

My youngest has two as well. My oldest won't be having kids and my middle daughter isn't interested, she's happy with her new gecko.

Yup, Meerkats give it as an example of a claim that you could have made.

Realising that the water meter I had fitted on Thursday hasn't even registered a full digit yet, meaning I've probably halved my water bill.

I know, it's out of necessity and we've had shitty weather lately so biking has been taking a back seat.
Those are the excuses and I'm sticking with them.

Must get out exploring the local twisties.
