More info please.

Had to go to dentists early today.

Took 15 mins to defrost the car -4 degrees. But, but, but.....

........the journey in the bright sun on empty roads from Crossgates to Llanidloes with the snow capped hills sparkling in the sunshine against the brilliant blue sky, was absolutely captivating.

Then I needed a bloody filling but at least I had the drive home to look forward to. Cool

Got the dog a bit of a run today without her being roughly taken by a horny boy doggie. Went at lunchtime figuring it
would be quieter and the field was deserted Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up so she had a good old charge around to get some of the crazy out.
I don't want to keep her cooped up for a week, she is an unbearable bellend if she hasn't had her run. We did meet another
girl dog who was up for a play but Gracie is 6st and is a bit too tank like for titfortat play with a dog half her size. Was nice while
it lasted but she is better suited to play with a much bigger dog. Hehe, wait until she meets her new brother later in the year....

I don't imagine it will pan out that way, Gracie will be fully adult and spayed by the time the next one starts having
any awkward urges, he'll be bol-lopped a lot sooner than 18 months old too. He should have a good stone plus on Gracie
though when he's grown 100lbs as a starting point, which should give her a more robust playmate.

Been reading "Air Warfare In The Missile Age", and today spotted that "Flypast" magazine has a couple of articles on the air war over Vietnam. Happy coincidences Smile The first unnecessary item I have bought in a few months, I'm sure the bank won't mind paying for that.

The YBR starts 2nd push of the starter after not being used for 3 months and runs faultlessly standing in for the broken down Leaf.

Small reliable Japanese hatch, should be cheaply fixable at home or at the nearest backstreet mechanic right?

Aah right, you're probably fucked(!) Doh!

Small?! Your kidding - It may seem like a small eco hatch but actually it has the same footprint as my old Honda CR-V. I have to have bricks to run the twat into to stop it from hitting the back of the garage but just (and there is only about 2cm clearance) allowing the garage door down! Small and light it is not!

After reading leaf forums I had 2 options - be raped by the dealer and having it flatbeded away for an unspecified amount, or finding the emergency get it going routine which thankfully is not in the user manual so I got it going tonight and tomorrow it's about trying to get the car to reprogram both keyfobs.

Time in NZ: short but surprisingly relaxing despite extreme funeral sadness and jetlag/swollen feet.

Yes, a lot of tears and family-oriented frustration. But also including a lot of laughter, champagne, hugs, ice creams, native birdsong, good scenery, old friends, cocktail debauchery, bra-buying, balloons and fluffy puppy-dog cuddles.
