If you have a spare two years then take the time to go through this forum. My personal favourite was when a baiter got some scammers to make a wooden computer keyboard.

I made a dinner and had my son around for food and chat. He'd managed to leave his old job and walk into a similar but much better one.
What oiled my gears was to see a smile back on his face after two years of misery at his old place.

I'll try to be consice.
I showed my dash cam to a bloke at work who was so impressed by the value and quality, he asked me to order 3 for him for Xmas prezzies, which I did.
Then he goes on about being able to return the cams if any break down ect.
I didn't want to get involved in all that and let him know, he said no problem, it didn't really matter.
Next day he pulls out of the deal, mentioning trading standards, etc.
I call him a cvnt as I've ordered them and I've had the dispatch email, I know that I can cancel the order and refuse delivery but he doesn't.
I take delivery and take mine into work the next day to show a few blokes who I've roped into winding up the arsehole who wanted the cams originally.
I make sure he hears us agree a half price deal with these other blokes and he goes bat shit mental! Laughing

Made me smile in retrospect, remember when EVERYTHING was on cassette or vinyl.

New release on tape, wow!

I have one in my car, but it also has a single CD player too.
No Bluetooth or aux input though, had to retrofit that.

The new dog in the park this morning.
It's only day 3 but he's mingling with other dogs and people with great confidence and affection.

^^^Good to hear and good for the wallet. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Our new dog Pep was spayed just a few weeks ago. Really neat job, she hasn't even licked the wound site...no collar required and the dog trust she came from have given us some money towards the bill.

Whilst I'm here; She's started formal training. She's a Collie so already ahead of the game. eg Came to us as unruly and not house trained. Now she sits by the door to go out. Only 3 mistakes in the first week, now we are a pee-free zone again. Much to Dan's relief who grasses on her when she's upto no good.

Dan told me when she robbed my socks and when she jumped on the bed and when she ran off with the toilet roll...and the chewed banister rail...and when she jumped the now extended gate and went a wandering...and the bath scrub things Yes, Dan has been very helpful but he didn't like her at first.

They now play together.... a lot.
After the recent loss of our old dog Sweep (I miss that little Welsh black bastard) and now having Pep n Dan get on...well it's helped.

Special moment...First play after a 3 week standoff.
Pep Left.

She just wore him down and after being batted in the face a few more
times and much prancing he succumbed to her cheek.

Some of the lads at work get a weekly takeaway which, for some, includes a bubblegum thick shake.
I tried it, it's superb.
I can only hope the Icelandic offering is the same.

The internet, or rather the information highway that the internet has become.

The remote locking on my Ford C-Max grannymobile stopped working and changing the battery didn't fix it.

5 minutes on the internet and how to reprogramme your central locking and alls well with the world. Thumbs Up

I wonder how much money Ford dealers have lost by charging some astronomical amount to do what took me a few minutes to fix. Dance!
