Today, my assistant reminded me, that I still have 14 days of paid vacation + 2 sick days left and that I should use those days before the year 2018 ends. Long story short, in December I'm going to spend a lot of time doing nothing. Thumbs Up

In one of my previous companies you had up to 5 days of PTO (personal time off) which could be used for sickness, bereavement etc. This was all you got though, so no using it up on January 2nd and then getting the Flu.

Well, they didn't invite me to go sick. The assistant only pointed out that I am entitled to use the sick days, and so says my contract. Sick days are the use it or lose it kind = no financial compensation for the unused days. Paid vacation is different as you are entitled to it by the law.

Well, yes. The law (Labour Code) in principle regulates the legal relationship between the employee and the employer.

The only ''paid'' vacation a selfemployed person can have is the sick leave, which is paid by the health insurance company, which however is such person a contributor of.

Isn't it weird how he's had that car five minutes, mentioned it a hundred times and posted pics of it, whereas his R6 never materialised? Question

Managed to intercept Yodel as they made a delivery. Thank goodness for that. Goods look intact, too. Remarkable.

I saw MT-10 during Motorcycle Live last weekend and now I keep thinking about it.

I went to NEC Birmingham with 'meh' attitude, thought same s##t again, but I sat on that MT-10 and my heart started beating a bit quicker. I didn't expect that.

I'll test ride it next spring.

"Rutland Red". A little reminiscent of a good Mimolette, but it's ours, and it's better. Purchased at Morrisson's.
