Busy day today, Dropped off a package at Godstone at 9:20, up to biggin hill for a pick up, onto Peckham for another pick up.
Later in the day I ended up going into dangerous territory, yes I was back in essex, drop in Dagenham with a collection in Hornchurch.
Coming into Town past London Bridge I get a call for a couple more pick ups, one of which was a royal stitch up.

Ended up in Guildford about 10PM, what a day...

The only thing that ruined my day was one delivery that went wrong, delivering to a block of flats, no one in, dodgy phone number
and a concierge that refused to take the package.

What a lovely day for a ride! Had a job up town and apart from a few spots there was almost no traffic. Relaxing and amusing... seeing the pedestrians scurrying out of my path Laughing

Been giving a renter of mine a refurb recently. Finished it yesterday, was advertised online for 12 hours before I had
a new tenant sign on the dotted line from just the second viewing Thumbs Up Teacher and a Software engineer, sound decent enough.

I got a bit of a tank slapper on the way back from Knott End via Pilling, was chuffed to keep it upright, must have looked cool as fuck, but I was shitting myself, had visions of a Mille shaped hole in the hedge Laughing All a learning experience.

Had quite a long chat with an old flame just now.
Hmmmm , it was really interesting what we had both got up to, and even made me look at the mess my life is in, from a different aspect.
Odd where life ends up taking you, innit.
Cool

On the hunt for interesting noises I turned my hand back to capturing voices. A tricky business as people with the most interesting accents, languages and inflections don't happen to cross my path very often.

Plus who really likes being recorded?

Anyway, I found a willing victim at work. *Riazz an English born Bangladeshi with a good strong accent and good diction.

Surprisingly his Bengali was limited but he did a short sentence about his morning routine then the English translation.

I have recorded it from high quality audio to micro-cassette Dictaphone (ask your weird uncle) then played it into a modular synthesiser where it gets split into audio grains that I sequence.

* Riazul-riazul he ain't got no vagazil...That's how I remember his name. Embarassed

TL;DR
I'm happy.

I have had a spare washing machine and dishwasher in my shed for at least 18 months and have finally found someone
who wants them which is great as I really need the space back.
