Oh, am going for breakfast tomorrow, does it work for breakfasts?
Maybe we'll have to stay for lunch to get the benefit of it.
Dance!

Well that's alright, cos I will have the bike, I never drink and ride anyway. So - considering the mess I managed to make of the bike last time - I'm better off not having even one drink.

Retapped all the fixings on ‘Project Scrappy Hyosung ‘.
The fixings on the bike that accepts the fairing are all in good order now Thumbs Up and all accept a bolt without any fuss.
Only a few bits left to do on the fairing itself, such as re-enforcing a couple of the holes to prevent future damage or cracking.

Slowly getting there Smile

Spent 4 hours tracing a fault on a generator. Also found a fault with the customers equipment.
Both fixed and customer happy.

He called my boss after I went to tell him how pleased he was the the service.

Nice to get some praise for a job well done now and again.

Its actually a brand new fleet car from work, Astra.
I can 'rent' it for a couple of months and then buy it. Whatever rental money I've paid comes off the final valuation figure.
For what I can get it for, it would be silly not to. Basically its a brand new car for virtually no outlay as I still have the money from the car I recently sold.

The mrs chose the colour.

I'm off furlough part-time so I went to the office*

Jeez... I haven't seen some work colleagues for 5 months? Wow Shocked
My mate with the CBR600RR was in and we probably spent the whole afternoon talking about bikes Very Happy Turns out he was looking to change up to something bigger. "Let's have a go then, before it goes..."

Fuck me! How fecking uncomfortable are these things?! And that's just me sitting on it in a car park. Talk about sacrificing for your art - this is his daily commute!

*Nothing to do with the fact it's full air-conditioned.

Where'd that "rr" come from? Laughing
I found those pretty comfortable. Sports bikes were a bit roomier back then.

Good ride 200 miles through Wales
good company
Fairly quiet roads
Clean run up Tintern twisties
Bacon Egg sausage sarnie in a roadside cafe
Beautiful weather
The baby bandit rides like a dream

Now sat with a vodka lime and soda in the garden with the evening sun on my back and pizza on its way.

Good day was good.
