Here's what I was told by one of the organizers by the way...

Yeah, if they are going to ride at the proper time and record a video, just get them to upload a video to YouTube and use the title as suggested in the video.

EG: Sync The Planet 2015/YourChannelName

That way, we can search for videos on YouTube and add them into a playlist.


For all social media stuff too, I have been using the hashtag #synctheplanet15.

Also, if you can, share the supporters info/links/coupon codes for others to use.
