I'm after a new Furygan Titan or Furygan Wind jacket. I've had mine for a couple of years now and been really happy with it - however I low sided a while ago and scuffed up the arms, shoulders and elbows, and the left wrist zip isn't working. The pound is strong against the euro so I'm planning on buying from Europe.

The Furygan Titan jacket is selling for it's standard price of £269, but on fc-moto.de, it's up for £181. Are there any other European sites that people here use?

Czech crown is even worse than euro at the moment. Wink

38,253CZK for £1 (used to be around 27CZK, not that long ago)

I've bought gear from fc-moto.de, motin.de, louis.de, biker-land.de, helmets from automotoracing.com (Andorra).

I've bought Honda parts from kfm-motorraeder.de, often substantially cheaper than David Silver's, especially for things that need a special order. Usually I price out all my bits on both sites and split things up based on what's cheaper, taking into account shipping overhead and currency conversion (credit card commission). David Silver are sometimes cheaper for things they have in stock, like bolts, bearings, seals, etc.

I've tried to order from januaservice.com (Italian), but had a bad experience. As far as I could tell from the emails, they wanted me to send them extra money for shipping, but the only way I could communicate was via Google Translate, and they couldn't explain a way I could pay extra for the shipping. This was after their site had taken my credit card details to charge for the part. So from now on I'll only order from sites that have an explicit English language option on their site.

I've used Access Moto, who are French. They seem to be one of those sites that always has some offer on (Spend over £££ and get £ off type thing) so can be worth watching for a while if you aren't desperate for an item immediately. I picked up a Bering Brannigan jacket for about £230 delivered a while back, compared to £370 in the UK (fc-moto were out of stock in my size, and a bit more expensive).

For things where I'm sure on sizing, I have no issue buying from Europe.

Loads of good European site for bike gear. I've been ordering a fair bit recently.

Prices are good too.

The only issue is if you need to return an item due to a poor fit or the like. Postage back is going to be around £20.

+1 for FC Moto

My new textiles turned up today and I am very happy with them. Even when i ordered a level 2 back protector with it I still saved over £100 on the UK standard suit price!

I bought some Italian boots from Italiano site www.alexfactory.it who seem to be cheaper than FC-moto - at least for boots (wasn't looking for anything else). Had no problems and took a few days to arrive.

It was inside the retail box inside a larger cardboard box. I dimly recall there being some padding.

In other words, probably better packed than on it's journey from the manufacturer in Italy to the distributer in Germany then the journey from the distributer to the retailer.

Another +1 for FC Moto.

Bought some alpinestars boots that were nearly half the UK price along with some visors and other bits.

Bargains left right and center Thumbs Up .

Bit annoyed with fc moto the kit showed as in stock, ready to go and 4 days later I get an email saying it's no longer available. The annoyance is more the klim trousers I wanted were about £100 cheaper than anywhere else so I may have to stump up.

I was actually really suspicious of these guys, it seemed far too good to be true. There was a delay with one of my items but they kept me informed and apologised. And for the price I got everything for, I really can't complain Laughing

Yeah I found the itals to be a bit cheaper than the germans, who are already cheap compared to us of course. Still got tracking info and all that jazz
