Only just arrived in work and on the way someone told me my brake light seemed to be stuck on.

Certainly looks to be the case.

I've disconnected the switches on the brakes and still it lights up.

How is this possible?

Not familiary with model, but does it have a dual fillament bulb for stop/tail lights?

If so, is it fitted the right way round?

I had this on a Volvo, and it was easy to fit the stop/tail bulb the wrong way, which resulted in the brake light filament being on permanently (via the tail light circuit} and you couldn't notice the tail light coming on with the brake light switch, because of the brightness.

If not - short circuit somewhere.
