Bike with sidecar wanted

Don't suppose anyone has a reliable contraption suitable for carrying 13 year old disabled child.

Would prefer to do a deal with either my 1999 R1 or 1999 R6 (or both). I also have two non V5 DT125's in need of TLC that I could do something with.
