I'm guessing there isn't one?  I took a 22 mph downhill spill onto hard-packed single-track on Friday. I am missing some skin on various limbs and joints and ache all over today, but everything else is intact.
It genuinely was poor obs - I was descending, chasing a Strava segment PR; the guy climbing the other way didn't stand a chance - he dived one way, I went the other, ruts meant I couldn't go where I needed to, bike went down, I went further.
I accepted responsibility - he was cool about it, made sure I was OK, shook hands, off we both went. Then, without even consciously trying, I nailed a PR on the next segment. Doped up on adrenaline no doubt.
