i have a kawasaki ke100 and have a problem!!!

when i accelarted the bike it started choking and then basically conked out and there was a huge bang out the exhaust!!!! (not good i know).

i have cleaned the exhaust out and the carburattor. fitted new spark plugs and checked the electrical side and still it isnt working properly.

Anyone got any ideas on

a) what could be causing the issue
b) how i can fix it..

i rng my local garage and they said its 2 months before they can even look at it! Please help me!!!!

sounds as if its running rich and if you haven't altered the carb id say its the air filter blocked!!!
