Hi All,

recently managed to break one of my rear wheel chain tensioners for my 1991 Honda CG125, and have since been searching the internet high and low for a replacement, i have also visited several local bike shops who have said ebay is the place to find these. i've found them on ebay, but unfortunately they are no longer in stock.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Rear-wheel-chain-adjusters-Chinese-CG125-Yamasaki-/370167710437?clk_rvr_id=882770859631&rmvSB=true

i know theirs many other types of chain tensioners but non seem to fit the 15mm axle or be around the 6mm thread diameter Sad

I have also managed to track them down to an American important company but estimated delivery date is 60days and you have to buy over 100 units.

any help would be highly appreciated

How odd. The local bike shop round 'ere has an assortment of em on the wall right behind the counter, I bought a pair for my cg for a few quid.. but that doesn't help you.. maybe this will https://www.wemoto.com/components/Chain/AdjustersandPullers/page1_51/
...
wait no, either too big or too small Rolling Eyes

It does seem like this part is a stupidly hard to come by on the internet unless it's genuine honda (part no 40543-397-890) - which you can buy from somewhere like wemoto or a honda dealer or a david silver.
