Right, I have got 2 laptop hard drives here.
And a USB 2.0 to SATA cable.
Plug HDD into cable, plug cable into PC.
Get a bing-bong so say it's connected.
Nothing appears under my computer (Drives)
But I do get this:

How on earth do I access it?
I've checked driver software, PC says it's all up to date.
My other HDD does nothing when I plug it in. Not even a bong noise. |

On second thoughts, After running it as admin, It came up (I think) below the internal drives. Labeled Disc 1?
Tried to initialize it, but got this error:
