So my missus did her CBT, went to apply online for her theory test, said she wasn't eligible. although her license (full car) states that she has provisional motorcycle entitlement.

so after many phone calls passed from person to person and even being told that motorcycles are dangerous, are you sure you want to ride one? and being told that you cant and you should consider getting a trike she eventually got through to someone who stated that she didnt have provisional motorcycle entitlement and must send her license off to be added.

so she sends the license off with the form filled in correctly.... queue license being returned "you already have provisional entitlement".

so again, license sent off to them with a letter clearly explaining the problem.

license returned with no explanation, and still unable to book her theory.

any idea where to go from here? seems those incompetent fucks have us by the balls and is nothing you can do about it!

Does she have provisional motorcycle entitlement on her licence then? What does it say on her licence?

DVLA. Brick Wall

Have you been using the magic word "complaint"?

If not, I suggest that you start doing so.
