No, I paid £975 for mine with 10700k on it and full service history and all paperwork. Dont rush, took me 3 months to find a good one.

Definitely get a bike with electric start. Sure, I generally choose to kick start my Enfield for laughs, but if anything goes wrong or you meddle with the fuelling in any way, you'll be very, very glad of having an electric foot to spin it over while you yell "Piece! Of! Antiquated! Crap! WHY! WON'T! YOU! FIRE?" ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
