Anyone made changes to an Ebike Insurance policy latey?

After Carole Nash tried to sting me nearly £50 to make a change to a £150 policy (just removing one bike to add another), I decided to go back to Ebike as it was always free to make changes online.

Someone told me they are charging for this now, does anyone know if this is now the case?

Alternatively MCE seem to have started to offer one, although i'm yet to receive my details. Customer service or rather lack off.

I can login to the quotes section, which I couldn't do a couple of weeks ago.

It is slightly more expensive than I can get with Carole Nash, but I like to be able to chop and change bikes without a £45 fee each time.

If Ebike now do the same, I'll just have to bite the bullet with Carole Nash again.

I don't believe eBike are charging any admin fees yet for changes in motorcycle. However, the online part of their system is still fvcked up... no nice and easy changes anymore. They will sell you the insurance online but you can't log in to your customer portal. Got to love it....

FYI.... I made a change about 2 months ago....no charge.
