The thing seemed to escalate because the tosser on the ped failed to make progress and caused delay to others. He then went out of his way to wind-up the angry guy.
When he'd got enough footage, he uttered the infamous words used by countless similar, sad wankers; 'You're gonna be on YouTube.'
The little shit was probably salivating and sporting a semi whilst shooting his footage.
