hi guys,
I'm new to this forum so please excuse if this has cropped up in the past. I have just purchased a cb125tde superdream. The bike is a little bit rough around the edges and in need of a rebuild and I am sure that the carburettors have had it Crying or Very sad. I know for sure that the inlet rubbers are shot and I know that their as rare as rocking horse ...manure! I want to know if an inlet manifold and carburettor from a cm125t (2 into 1) would fit and work on my bike? As there is a chap on ebay who is selling one.

Any help would be brilliant

The CM manifold with one of your CB carbs (the one with the choke lever) will work.

Tight for space because of the monoshock. You land up ditching the airbox, fitting a pod filter and finding somewhere else to keep the battery.

Runs remarkably well. Better than before in some cases because it's perfectly balanced compared to a pair of unevenly worn carbs.

I know because I've done it.

thanks stink wheel for the reply. sounds good, to me but will I have to fiddle with jetting with a pod or cone filter? battery shouldn't be a problem I can probably fabricate a cradle to hold it.

I didn't. It could probably have been tweaked a little but it wasn't far out.
