[i]Hello all,

I have split my headlamp on my mk2 faired bandit to re-attach some wayward screws that had come off the brackets that holds the glass lens' inside.I have done both sides.
I had to obviously wind out all the screws,and so obviously the lens on both sides will be totally,totally out of skew, so could;

Someone please give me an idiots guide as as to how to set them back up to near as damn-it.
I have currently wound the screws all the way in so the bracket is as deep as it will go into the rear of the unit.Are there a set number of turns in before you do fine adjustment etc. Can you tell i haven't a scooby? ( i have labelled the screws with numbers in the pictures i've attached if it helps)

Also the glue is super sticky and i have tried to remove as much as i can but any top tips on what to use to re-assemble or shall i just re-heat it with paint stripper gun and re-assemble with what glue is left on it. I was thinking clear sealant just to keep weather out.

thanks
