Master cylinder screws.

I'm going to be giving the calipers a winter service before the weather turns replacing the pads which are due for replacement along with the fluid and possibly replacing the orginal hoses with braided ones.

Now from past experiences I know master cylinder screws like to round off so this time around I wish to have replacments to hand rather than putting minced ones back in.

What size screws do I require?

Go bike shop and ask them for the correct part.

The Kawasaki ones are about 5p each, and they always keep them in stock due to people wrecking them on a regular basis.

Different manufacturers, different lengths and different pitch sizes.

When I replaced the screws from mine, I took them to Brabbin and Rudd, had them matched up. Because I was buying quite a few different types, it made sense to get them all in one place.

What bike?

I took mine out and measured, then ordered some counter sunk Allen bolts in the right size. No more worries about killing the thread

They'll be standard size, mine are M4 x 20mm

I know this because mine rounded off so I had to drill the heads off and obtain replacements from the stores at work.
