cbt and insurance ?

ok so my bike was stolen and it wasnt being used at the time it was styolen i phoned insurance company and explained everythig to them they asked for all relivant documents and the only thing i couldnt find was my CBT , and i couldnt remeber were i took the test, its not somthing that sticks in my head because i had certificate,
so i retook a cbt just so i could send to insurance company and now there questioning were is the one i had when i took out the insurance i explained i couldnt find it ect and that isnt good enough for them can anyone shed some light on this for me as it seems there trying to get out of paying

you cant remember the exact address.
or you cant remember the actual place you took your training less than 2 years ago?
i cant believe that.
however you couldnt post in the right section so you may be a bit "special"

other than what others have said wrong section etc etc.

phone some people up and see if they have any records of you having done it at some point or another other wise, goood luck youve screwed yourself over there big time.

see its a smart move to KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS TOGETHER!

Of course they are trying to get out of paying. You've been riding round with no CBT, so you aren't covered.

Not being able to remember where you took your CBT is a lie so unbelievable not ever your own mother would buy it.
