Kh100 trade for CL450

i have a KH100 that i just got up and running still needs work though. i had a guy contact me about a possible project trade he has a 74 CL450 mostly complete but needs work. here is what he said it needs
gasket leak (right side i believe from picture?)

carb boot/boots are cracked
timing off
main seals are gone according to him
carbs need cleaning
tank needs a flush

He said 'to name a few' which worries me. other than that it is pretty complete
from what i can see it'll need shifting lever, cables and brake pedal/parts. So do you think i should go along with the deal?? i know just the parts on the CL are worth WAY more than i paid for the KH. How much do you think it will take to get this ol' girl on the road again?

im not going through with the deal till i see what y'all think i also wouldint mind keeping the KH till the right deal comes up.
