Need to replace the air filter, spark plugs and also drain the carbs this weekend.

When I fitted my restrictors it took me about 2 days to get the air box back on as the ram air pipes come in on two sides of the triangular end - I'm guessing there's a technique to it?

anyone care to share?

With draining the carbs, where is the drain screw, is it somewhere obvious?

It's a faff, yes . Best plan is to remove some of the right hand fairing/infils so you can access the right ram air pipe from other side of frame. Slot left in, put air box in place then shove right pipe in. A lot of pushing, shoving and bends of pipes will still be in order though.

Drain screw is on the bottom of the carbs. Ram air no idea my older version doesn't have.
