Derbi Senda Carb Woes (overfuelling?)

Been a while since my last post!

Somehow I've ended up doing a rebuild on my aunties father's brothers dogs Derbi. Done the rebuild all fine and put the carb back together all fine.

Had it on and off a few times trying to sort the problem but basically when running it struggles to idle and at full throttle it sits at about half revs struggling to rise. If I disconnect the fuel hoses then run it til it's almost out of fuel it revs perfect and sounds as it should, then dies. Again when I reconnect the hoses and run it its great for those first 5 seconds and then back to struggling again.

This says to me it's overfuelling but to my knowledge the carb was put back together how it came off the bike. I've tried looking at the choke mechanism but all seems fine.

Any pointers or previous issues similar by anyone would be great!
