Kawasaki Kmx 200 ,engine sprocket 16t clamp

Noticed upon removing old engine sprocket it wobbled.
Anyways fitted new one guess what it wobbles 2-3mm
Looks like it's the clamp that locates on the spline and then tightens with x2 bolts.My replacement JT sprocket and the one I taken off don't seem to have a large shoulder to sit on the spline fully.
Any info would be appreiciated as I'm new to this fun bike

2-3mm wobble is no big deal. The sprocket should be free to move on the shaft. Grease the shaft/splines a bit to keep wear down.
