New job prospects, so need something a little less thirsty for getting to work on. Does need a few finishing bits doing, but I've been riding it around as is.

Build thread here containing loads of pictures of the bikes;

It's got an NC23 CBR400 Tri-arm engine fitted, running on open bellmouths and jetted to suit (hence fuel consumption). Carbs were ultrasonicly cleaned prior to fitting, although could probbably do with a dyno setup to get the best out of it. It is very much rideable and a lot pokier than a standard CB-1. Front mounts were put together by a freind. Wiring wise, it's got both looms fitted...the CBR and the CB-1. Has a fancy set of downpipes fitted that were brand new in a box of bits with the CBR.

Tyres are very recent, came off a freinds 500 mile old Z300, so have done around 1k. Fork seals have been replaced. It has an MOT currently. Cosmeticly, it's shite...but it is bloody good fun.

I also have either to go with it, or for sale seperately a complete CBR400 Tri-arm rolling frame with some bodywork and lights on it. Ex trackbike, so no logbook & has been up the road at some point.

Really this is a partially finished project. 90% of the work has been done, if you painted it and tidied up the wiring it could be a pretty good bike. Ideal winter project perhaps?

Looking for £700 for both bikes, or £625 for the CB-1 & £150 for the CBR. Open to offers however.
