So, I'm looking for a torque wrench. Although my right arm is surprisingly well calibrated, I reckon it's time I actually started to torque things to the quoted torque.

I tried one recently and thought it was broken because the indication was just a slight movement of the wrench without the nut turning, so I'm looking for one that has a definate click.

Any suggestions?

What range? I have the Halfords Pro one for the lower torque settings and would recommend it.

Define lower range.

I'll only be using it for the bike so I don't need to be able to do up anything made of girders

+1 for Halfords Pro torque wrenches. They come in three sizes and I believe they are made by UK company Norbar, so quality. Thumbs Up

Same here. This one does 8-60Nm which is most of the normal stuff that actually need torquing (other than bits that need to be FT).
