Hello, i'm 19 years old and I would like to buy ninja 300 on finance, however, I have only got provisional driving license and I would like to do my CBT and a full A2 license on this bike. Is there any chance to do that? I would insure and tax it straight away and do my CBT and license as quick as possible.

No point doing anything till you have a licence.

Nope.

First, you can't ride anything bigger than a 125 on your provisionaL entitlement unless you're accompanied by and in radio contact with a ticketed instructor (not your mate Baz).

Second, A2 test bikes need to be at least 395cc.

In practice, you'll have to do your training and tests via a training school on their bike.

Buying (or rather renting) a brand new bike on finance, especially one covered in fairings, is a risky proposition. Depreciation, fully comp insurance, gap insurance, money-money-money-money. Usually you'll want to buy an older, cheap bike and throw it down the road for a while.
