Well, not this, but something in this

Quote:
There's an article I really want to read, but I don't dare, because if I do it's highly likely the police will arrest me and try to have me imprisoned. The article is called "How to Make a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom". It is published in Inspire, a magazine produced by an al-Qaeda-affiliated group and available to download from certain weird jihadi websites. Yesterday, counter-terrorism police said, in no uncertain terms, that anyone who downloads the mag faces arrest for being "in possession of something useful to a terrorist". They said downloaders of the mag would face prosecution "irrespective of their motive". That is, even if you peruse Inspire for research purposes, or simply for laughs, you might still be banged up.

Probably best to stay far away from any of Ste's links..

You might be banged up. Sounds like scare mongering to me. Fascists. How are you going to make anything stick if you claim it's for anything other than research?

Magazine also looks pretty unreadable unless you can actually be bothered. (And I can't)l

Yet even reading Inspire with the sole motivation of learning about the mindset and idiocy of Islamists is punishable by imprisonment, as Ruksana Begum discovered last year. This London-based 22-year-old qualified accountant was jailed for 12 months for having two issues of Inspire on the memory card in her phone, even though the court accepted that “she was not involved in terrorism”, that “she is of good behaviour”, and that she only downloaded Inspire to “explore and understand” what drives young Muslim men, including two of her brothers, to embrace the jihadi way of life. That is, she was jailed for one year for reading a magazine. In Britain. In the 21st century.

That is not an acceptable solution to this problem.

By far the greatest damage done to this, and most other western countries, by terrorism is from these kinds of stupid fucking laws. If I was a terrorist, I'd be laughing my fucking head off at how they have managed to get our own government to fuck us.

Fucking twats

Meh, The Anarchist Cookbook is far more dangerous.

Tells you how to make bombs and drugs from scratch, blow up bridges, operate various weaponry, tactical weak points for causing maximum disruption... it has the lot.

The funny thing is it was made by someone who was anti-war Laughing ! It was his way of sticking two fingers up to the US government after he was drafted to go to Vietnam. Or something like that.

Read that years ago. Was mainly dreary except thermite, which seemed fun, but didn't fancy making it in my mum's kitchen.

Most dangerous book I've ever come across and my bible for the various undertakings I carried out in my sixth year studies chemistry class.:

Why not? It's far less dangerous to have around than the cleaning products under your mums kitchen sink.... so long as you don't store it with a piece of Mg ribbon sticking out.... Laughing

Anarchist cookbook is more likely to remove your own hands than remove the govt as it omits most of the safety info you need to not KB yourself.

TM-31-210 is where its at. Like most other FM's and TM's, it has been made available to the public due to the research being done with (USA) taxpayers money.

Information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism! Shocked Tut Tut

Don't you know that we can only defeat The Terrorists through fear, silence and ignorance?

To be fair the OP is a load of bollocks anyway. If I wanted to read an extra sekrit naughty file. I'd take the HDD out of my laptop, boot up a secure operating system like TAILs from a live USB, connect on a public network like McDonalds/library. Read said naughty file. As soon as I reboot there is no trace I even accessed said file, even if the OS was compromised there was no HDD to store non-volatile data.

Plenty of stoners wanting to order drugs online can manage to use secure operating systems etc in order to not be compromised. I find it hard to believe actual people up to no good can't work out how to do the same.

Which is the sort of thing you'd do if you were a terst, whereas any other person, perhaps looking out of curiosity, would just click a link to read without going through all that.

Which is kind of the point.

Well according to the OP, some girl did want to look for 'curiosity' and ended up getting v&. So it would seem the causal reader does indeed have reason to do so securely.

Anyway I'm a good boy, that din doo nuffin, so I don't have to worry. Wink
