I've been using my video camera on my bike for a while now and never bothered with any editing software - just use YouTube but I'd like to be able to do a bit more to my videos.

Any suggestions - dont want to spend too much and needs to work on a fairly old PC which runs Windows Vista.

I use Cyberlink Power director 11. Pretty good bit of software and runs on my my PC which is far from up to date but is not slow either. Any video editing software is going to struggle if the PC is not reasonable. Post specs.

Gopro studio covers all the basics with a few filters etc thrown in too.

Best of all, it's freeeeeeee!

And no, you don't need a GoPro to use it (edits my drifts footage fine) Thumbs Up

You might still try it, you'd just have to be patient and perhaps record at 720p not 1080.
There will be the same issue with all video editing on a relatively slow machine.
You could also look at Windows Moviemaker which is still quite decent - used to be included but now a download from Microsoft.

I think you will find 2GB Ram will be a problem with all video editing software.
