BCF Geeks, I need your help

Basically im looking to renew my current laptop as ive had it since 2008. It runs fine just now but im conscious that its getting on a bit. It does everything I need it to at the moment, internet, email, lots of documents and basic photo / film stuff.

Current
Dell Vostro 1700
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300
4GB DDR2
250GB Sata HDD
256MB Nvidea Geforce 8600GT

Things I need from new laptop

Windows based (no macs), Reliability (it does travel around a fair bit), smaller screen ideally 15", HD screen, minimum storage 250GB, Basic video / photo editing ability.

Budget is up to £700ish

Any recommendations?

Pretty much any SSD based ultrabook within your budget will be a great starting point.
