If you are just going to put a normal push button the bars then the whole lot should cost no more than £20.

What's wrong with it? Is it only squeaking instead of honking?

There is a small adjustment screw on the reverse of most of them which by adjusting in/out can change the tone of the horn, or have a look at the mushroom plate on the front and make sure it hasn't got rusty.
Or are you hoping for a car air horn type effect?

WD40 the contacts after pulling them off the back of the horn.

Tell us what happens after that.

Cheers
Rob

I was suffering from the same problem with my bike. Didn't come with a horn.

It should be on the front of the bike.

I bought a new one for £12 from a breakers yard.
