ABS not working after tyre change (bandit 650 )

Hi guys

Just changed front tyre on my bandit 650 09. I took it for a scrub in ride and first thing I noticed ; abs light wouldn't go out. So then I applied brakes to check if abs worked and rear locked -no abs kicked in

I'm wondering what could be the problem? Sensor not put in properly ? Or what.

I took wheel off and got tyre changed before I put it back together again

The abs light would go off after moving a few meters( before the tyre change ) and abs worked fine as well
