I don't like a lot of noise when I'm riding, so I always wear foam earplugs. I don't use normal earphones because you have to turn them to 11 to hear when riding the bike.

Noise cancelling in ear headphones seem to be the magical solution to being able to listen to the radio quietly when riding.

Has anyone tried them? Did they work?

I use Shure SE425 in ears. They cancel out just as much noise as my foam earplugs do.
