samsung s4 screen replacement choosing a decent screen help

Left my s4 on the window sill and the damps killed off my already cracked replacement screen.

Replaced the screen 10 months ago but the one i got off ebay had a green tint instead of white and the blacks were utter shite and blocky.

does any one know a decent supplier of screens preferably under £60 that wont have the above problems.

Iirc you can get the screen and digitiser replaced by Samsung for £120 better than scraping the digitiser off to replace the glass.

I never bothered in the end and it was only a small crack and I was due a new phone.

Oh and I think you then get a warranty on the repair which you won't on a diy or shop replaced glass.

Lastly, from memory again, Samsung don't sell the glass on its own o lay the whole unit so you aren't getting the same product.

its the lcd thats gone and a cracked digitizer. im after a prebuild lcd digitizer and frame to just bolt the board to.

£120 is way over my budget plus there are S4s on the bay for £80-£90

i can get the assembly for £55 i just dont want another green hued screen as i ended up with before.

Better off just replacing it. Might as well get a newer phone as it sounds like your current one is full of problems anyway.

mainboard ect is all fine it just needs a new screen. its a 15 minute job to switch the board and parts over.

you can get them off ebay as complete units for £55.

Im just asking if anyone knows any dealers who sell the unit with decent led screens and not the amoled green tints that most ebay sellers are selling.

I just bought a Nexus 7 2nd Gen screen and digitizer off this guy, and it was delivered the next day. Works absolutely perfectly. I was a bit wary of the 98% feedback, but it was a genuine part and installed with no issues at all, so I'm well chuffed seeing as it's sat on my wardrobe for the last year.
