I've been subject to the joke tactics employed by this company in two different areas, and they tried to bribe me out of taking further action by "dropping my fine to a lower amount" when I wasnt at fault in the first place.

Given the scale of the scam, and the pressure from the top to commit it, people should be in proper grown up jail over it.

Surely you mean a fine which sounds big on paper but is considerably less than the profits they made from their scamming? Neutral Thus allowing them to continue to scam as long as the government gets it's fee Question

The only thing the government is getting is the DVLA fee for ratting us out. One of the scammers' tricks is making profit from "free" car parks that have been zero-rated for business rates.

The whole thing is a shady scam industry aided and abetted by Parliament, the judiciary and Trading Standards from the very top to the very bottom. No need to worry as Partick Troy (Yes the same Patrick Troy who 'misled' Rolling Eyes Parliament by grossly overestimating the number of PPC court cases per annum to get Registered Keeper Liability backed by statute) no doubt assures all that another thorough investigation will take place.
