Decided to get my first phone contract and went with the samsung 6 edge. It's a great phone however knowing my luck I'm more than likely to drop it at some point. I have insurance but was thinking of getting a screen protector/case for it.

Now there are loads on ebay, but before I go for one that's either £2.99 or £19.99 I'd rather get some opinions or personal reviews first.

So can anyone help with recommending a good case/make.

I've had the Ringke Fusion case on my Nexus for the best part of a year, it's a nice quality yet cheap case which gives decent all-round protection. When fitted it protrudes above the screen which means if it were to fall on its face the screen has a better chance of being unscathed.

Pair that with a tempered glass screen protector and you're away. Bear in mind that due to the curvature of the S6 Edge screen I imagine most rigid protectors won't go around the curved edge, and given that they're 0.3mm thick you'll notice it. Still, I'd rather that than dread to think about what the screen costs to replace...

£179.99 Shocked

Ive got the official Samsung clear view case on my "edge" - the case that allows you to have it closed but still control the screen

its a great bit of kit except my phone screen cracked with the case on!?

plus the case was £50 Shocked Thumbs Down

I use an Otterbox commuter. It was really affordable and it's very protective whilst also not turning the phone into a giant brick.
