Im trying to book my theory for my a2 test and the option for a motorcycle theory test is Motorcycle (Category A/P/AM) GBP 23.00
Is this the correct theory test for my a2 test?

Yes it is. It's the same test for any category of motorcycle or moped. A2 and A1 are just subcategories of A, you're good to go for it.
