calling themselves excluded or some such name with undertones of being naughty ?

Someone will need to restrain Roger before he loses his shit.

A bit of a controversial judges decision between Androne & Tauron though, not sure what the thinking was behind that one

Keeping a crusher in it, I expect. To be fair, it did actually get some bites in, which is unusual now. But I agree, that was harsh.

Well at least the judges are being consistently crap Neutral

i agree with the general concensus on Androne vs Tauron --- Tauron did more damage and looked the more threatening, but i think theyre trying to keep a diverse field in the competition.

Nuts looked decent. Imagine it with some spinner jammers and should be a fun fight.

Biggest problem with Nuts, it has no offence

All it can do is spin on the spot, it relays on other robots driving at it to do any sort of damage, if another robot was partially wounded and needed finishing off, Nuts wouldn't be able to do a damn thing

But good on them for thinking outside the box, just needs to be a bit more manoeuvrable when up to speed

On the issue of nuts I got the jist that the head guy had tried to crate a piece of electronics that allowed it to move in any direction under control while spinning at full speed.

I think it needs a bit more tweaking but if it can be made to work it might not be so bad.

Think that's right but can only move very slowly.

In a way I wish nuts was in the 10 man knockout. He could sit there, spin up and destroy anything coming close. Thumbs Up

Yes i did hear him mention that, but saw no evidence of it

Just like Iron Awe 6 that apparently had a flipper, though no evidence of it Very Happy

Didnt he say there was a firmware update for it, so it would be able to move quicker ?

I'm sure you can learn them to be vulnerable given a small enough lockable box in your cellar.

I actually thought Androne deserved to win, they had far more control and got some good chomps in while Tauron was all over the place whenever they got free..

Missed the fact that they've been showing re-runs of the Antiques Roadshow rather than the rugby league world cup on BBC 1 then?

Bit of a cripple-fest of a heat. The winner looked inevrutabul from the start. Can't fault the spectacle of that final kill, mind.

I'll leave it to arry to come up with something about enjoying the schoolgirls in a ten way.

Kinda annoyed they delayed broadcasting that episode, they should have stuck it on the iPlayer and shown the grand final tonight Rolling Eyes

The 10 way best be good, I've got pretty high expectations!

Anybody know how it's going to work, is it the winner goes straight to the grand finale?

I believe it's the 5 heat winners + the winner from the 10-way gang bang (or whatever's left of it).

It just looked amateurish (with the exception of the finalists), particularly compared to battlebots which has 'backup' teams that would probably win robot wars.
