Vacuum fuel tap

Hello, i have a problem with my moped. Firstly, I have an Aprilia rs50 and I am not sure if that component is called like that.
However, I have attached a link with the image of the component to make it clear.

I have two cables and I do not know which cable goes to which cap. I will really appreciate any one responds appropiately . Thank you!

looks like one's reserve the other is normal?
Do the two pipes go to the carb?

how was the old one connected up?

Hi

I would say looking at that the one on the right (in the picture) is the vacuum connection, and the one at the bottom (in the picture) is the fuel connection.
