sad to say looks like Tom Petty isn't long for this life
The veteran rocker, 66, was rushed to the hospital Sunday night after he was found unconscious in his Malibu home. Petty was not breathing and in full cardiac arrest but law enforcement sources tell the entertainment website that EMTs were able to get a pulse.
TMZ: "We're told after Tom Petty got to the hospital he had no brain activity and a decision was made to pull life support

Tom Petty, the rocker best known as the frontman of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, is dead at 66, CBS News has confirmed.
The legendary musician suffered a full cardiac arrest and was found unconscious and not breathing in his Malibu home Sunday night. He was taken to UCLA Santa Monica Hospital and put on life support, reports TMZ.

Tony Scott,engine builder for the likes of HRC and Honda Britain has passed away.
I remember reading about how Honda HRC thought that they knew all that was worth knowing about the RC30,but Tony managed to get some blank pistons and he then machined them to his own spec.
Terry Rymer has written on his f/b page about how Tony built an excellent engine for him that Terry would not pass on the details in case Tony built a better engine for someone else that might beat Terry
