Stan Lee.

(reportedly) Dead.

https://www.unsolicited.guru/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Tobey-Maguire-Crying-Spider-Man-816x428.jpg

Edit:-

It's just dawned on me how many millions, if not billions of people he made happy over the years.

Top man.

He was quite a character. When the film of his life is made, it should be epic.

R.I.P. Mr Stan Lee.

He had a good innings, and he ripped off a lot of his decent ideas anyway. Not saying that it's good that he's dead, but he's not the saint everyone would like him to be.

Nicolas Roeg (90) director of two of the greatest films ever, Don't Look Now and The Man Who Fell to Earth.

He also directed Performance and Walkabout, which all men of a certain age remember from their teenage years on account of a nude Jenny Agutter. It's artistic merit was lost on them.

Another renowned film director and butter salesman, Bernardo Bertolucci has clapped his clapper* board for the last time.

*possibly a euphemism, he directed Last Tango in Paris

This book I've recently readed may be a fit for this thread.
Part of the book looks at lifespan and what limits our ultimate age.

https://books.google.kz/books/about/Why_We_Get_Sick.html?id=2rhNZccHwDoC&source=kp_book_description&redir_esc=y

I only every read very interesting book BTW. 😎
