Honda XR125L panniers? Could i use them?

Planning on getting a honda xr125l 2003 and just wondering if i could fit side panniers to it? or is just a top box i could possibly fit?

Absent an answer from someone who's tried it, there's a fair amount of bodywork over the exhaust so you might get away with soft throw-over panniers.

Worst case, you could fettle up a few pieces of bar stock or a plate to hold the right hand pannier away from the exhaust.

Actually, the worst case is top box, tail pack and tank bag, which is still quite a lot of storage.
